I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.
Items in stock will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days from the date you have ordered it. Please allow for In Stock items 3-5 working days to arrive. If you need an order sooner than that please contact me directly and I will confirm whether or not this is possible.
Out of Stock items will be ready within 4-6 weeks.

Postage & Packaging
Postage: As a standard parcels are sent using Royal Mail Second Class within the UK and Standard International Delivery for orders outside the UK. If you would prefer a tracked method please select this option when you place your order.
Packaging: Where possible I am using plastic free wrapping and packaging materials, but I may, from time to time, re-use bubble wrap or air packs I have received myself. To reduce waste I ask that you either re-use any packaging materials yourself, pass them on or recycle them appropriately.
Shipping Overpayment: I do not make a profit on postage and packaging; the charge simply covers the cost of postage, packaging materials and the time it takes for me to securely wrap your purchase. If, however there is a difference of over £1 I will refund any excess charges.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
